070M20 / EN3B is a popular low carbon mild steel that is supplied in the bright drawn or turned bar condition. It is used as a GENERAL COMMERCIAL QUALITY (GCQ) steel with good machinability, but poor hardenability and is used in a variety of applications. 070M20 / EN3B has good weldability characteristics and can also be case hardened to improve wear resistance.
